Qualifications For This Position
- Experience in competition and spirit cheer preferred.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to student-athletes, supporting their academic and personal growth.
- Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and leadership on and off the field/court.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all team members.
- Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and families to support student success.
- Follow all district, state, and league regulations and policies.
- Assist with coordinating practive schedules, game schedules, travel arrangements, and equipment needs.
