Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will provide direct psychological services to students, including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health assessments at an on-site location in Plymouth, MA. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in a university setting.
- Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including administering, scoring, and interpreting assessments relevant to clinical practice.
- Experience working with a broad range of Mental Health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment difficulties.
- Background in Clinical Supervision, with the ability to mentor and guide trainees or early-career clinicians.
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program.
- Licensure or license eligibility as a Psychologist in the state of Massachusetts.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and experience providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations.
- Experience in a college or university counseling setting is preferred.
