About the Role
As a Revit Modeler at Beton‑Stahl, you’ll collaborate closely with our in‑house engineering and drafting leads to produce construction‑ready plans and models. You’ll be part of a team that values quality, communication, and doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed Revit models for structural and precast systems.
- Prepare shop drawings and construction documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, project leads, and contractors.
- Support design and construction with practical, real‑world problem solving.
- Help maintain and improve modeling standards and workflows.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in building clean, accurate models and enjoys being part of a collaborative project team. The ideal candidate brings:
- An associate degree in drafting, design, or a related field with a focus on Revit.
- Current Revit experience (2025 or later).
- AutoCAD familiarity (a plus, but not required).
- Comfort using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- A mindset that notices issues early and offers practical, well‑reasoned solutions.
- A positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- A genuine desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
- Experience with precast concrete is helpful, but not required
