Qualified Intellectual Disability Professionals (QIDPs) provide case management services for residents including coordinating individual service plans, meeting medical needs, communicating with families, and ensuring that residents are provided with high quality services. The QIDP advocates for each participant to ensure that each person is treated with dignity and respect, is given opportunities to exercise their individuality, and has access to explore opportunities of interest.

Required for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in social service or related field
- Availability to work one evening a week
- Available for on call responsibilities including weekends and holidays
- Preferred: One year experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
