What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Office Clerk position at Bethlehem Parking Authority?
The Office Clerk performs all duties assigned to ensure the Bethlehem Parking Authority continues to provide excellent customer service to our customers. This is a perfect opportunity for a self-starting customer service professional to be a part of a team-oriented atmosphere.
Duties:
•Greets walk-in customers and handles their inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
•Assists with monthly contract parking, residential parking, and all other permitted parking.
•Answers telephone calls/emails promptly and professionally.
•Accountable for drawer balancing at the end of the shift.
•Assigns devices to new parkers and refund deposits for returned devices.
•Ensures all customer account information is updated accurately.
•Provides user support/assistance to customers and Team Members using a web-based interface.
•Accepts payments for parking violations and permits; processes each payment through the parkingmanagement software; returns overpayments; request balances due in cases of insufficient payments.
•Assists Parking Enforcement Team Members when necessary.
•All other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
