Purpose Statement
This full-time, long-term substitute assignment extends through the end of the 2025–2026 school year. The teacher will foster students’ understanding and appreciation of world languages and cultures through engaging instruction. They will support students in developing communication skills in the target language—including listening, speaking, reading, and writing—while promoting global awareness, cultural competence, and a lifelong interest in language learning.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Certification: Pennsylvania German certification preferred.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on the Bethlehem Education Association contract.

FLSA Status: Exempt, Professional Exemption-Teacher.
