What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency during service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with recipe execution and menu preparation while maintaining high culinary standards.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members to provide an exceptional dining experience.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and respectful kitchen culture.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional restaurant, hotel, country club, or fine dining kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality.
- Culinary school education is a plus but not required.

Experience
- Professional Cooking: 2 years preferred
- Fine Dining, Hotel, Country Club, or High-Volume Restaurant experience preferred
