The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients and supporting kitchen operations in a fast-paced theater environment. The Prep Cook ensures all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and ready for service, helping maintain efficiency during high-volume periods tied to showtimes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and assisting the line and fry cooks as needed. The position requires attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work as part of a team, with flexibility for evening, weekend, and late-night shifts.
