We pride ourselves on one-on-one care, clinical excellence, and a collaborative team culture.We are growing and seeking the next exceptional Physical Therapist to join our team.ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one, hour-long evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments.Develop individualized treatment plans requiring advanced clinical reasoning for patients with complex or chronic musculoskeletal conditions.Deliver interventions including manual therapy, pain science education, exercise prescription, neuromuscular training, and functional rehabilitation.Document efficiently and thoroughly using our EMR (TheraOffice).Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers as needed.Contribute to a positive clinic environment and uphold high standards of patient care.QualificationsRequired:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degreeActive Maryland Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)2 years of experience Passion for treating complex musculoskeletal conditions and chronic painCommitment to one-on-one, high-quality patient carePreferred:Experience or interest in:Manual therapy (e.g., dry needling, myofascial techniques, joint mobilization)Hypermobile/EDS populationsPain neuroscience and movement-based rehabilitationPelvic health (optional)Willingness to pursue advanced training and specialty certificationsCompany DescriptionBethesda Physiocare® is the region’s premier physical therapy clinic staffed by our industry-leading physical therapists in Bethesda, MD. Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
