Key Responsibilities
As the first point of contact, your primary focus will be on patient experience and office efficiency:
- Patient Intake and Financials: Registering new patients and efficiently collecting copays and outstanding balances at the time of service.
- Scheduling Management: Managing the clinical schedule by booking, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments accurately.
- Communication Hub: Managing all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, directing inquiries, and ensuring clear communication between patients, therapists, and staff.
- Administrative Support: Performing essential administrative tasks to support the practice’s daily operations and providing necessary administrative assistance to our sister company, Myopain Seminars.
Required Skills
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Administrative Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with office procedures, practice management software, and strong general administrative skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in word processing and accurate keyboarding.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Previous experience or knowledge of rehabilitation procedures and medical terminology.
- Experience with inventory management and ordering office supplies.
- Salary Range: $38,000 to $44,000 annually (pro-rated for part time hours), commensurate with experience.
