Neighborhood Assistant (Part-Time Evening Shift)

Location: New London, MN
Hours: 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Join Bethesda, a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to “Serving others together in faith, community, and life.” As a Neighborhood Assistant, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting residents’ daily lives—helping them feel valued, comfortable, and connected in a brand-new, welcoming community.

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll serve as both a caregiver and life-enrichment partner:

Resident Support

• Assist with mealtime service and cleanup
• Help residents move safely throughout the community
• Support light housekeeping tasks such as tidying rooms and making beds

Life Enrichment

• Engage residents in fun and meaningful activities
• Lead or assist with group and one-on-one programs like:
  • Exercise and wellness activities
  • Devotionals and spiritual engagement
  • Crafts, games, and social gatherings
  • Music and pet therapy experiences
