Welcome Center & Guest Experience Associate - Admissions Office

Primary Responsibilities
Visitor Experience & Hospitality
- Serve as the first point of contact for all Admissions visitors.
- Welcome prospective students, families, and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Maintain a warm, inviting, and organized Welcome Center environment.
- Ensure coffee, refreshments, and snacks are fully stocked.
- Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the Welcome Center throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of visitor restrooms and public spaces.
- Close and prepare the Welcome Center at the end of each day.
Switchboard & Front Desk Operations
- Answer incoming switchboard calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Direct calls to the appropriate offices and personnel.
- Assist visitors with questions, directions, and campus information.
- Serve as the primary receptionist for Admissions.
Campus Visit Support
- Assist with visit registration and visitor check-in.
- Collect and organize campus visit data.
- Generate visit reports and assist with tracking visitor metrics.
- Make post-visit follow-up calls to prospective students and families.
- Assist with visit-day logistics and preparation.
Administrative Support
- Assist with various admissions projects as assigned.
- Help maintain visitor materials and admissions inventory.
- Support special events and large visit programs.
- Coordinate with the Visits and Events Coordinator for hospitality needs during admissions events.
