The Department of Business at Bethel University (IN) is seeking applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty member in Accounting starting August 2026.
The Business Department is composed of five majors including Accounting, Business Management, Economics & Finance, Financial Services, and Marketing - with nearly two-hundred total students.
- The successful candidate will teach and develop coursework in accounting in response to departmental needs and his/her area(s) of expertise, as well as advise students in business management and accounting majors.
- The candidate is expected to engage in professional service and scholarly activities.
- Ideal candidates will demonstrate teaching excellence, interest in strong interaction with students, and possess an interest in cooperative programs in Christian Liberal Arts settings.
- Normal faculty duties include 12 hours of undergraduate teaching per semester as well as departmental and professional responsibilities.
Required: Candidates should have Master's degree in Accounting or related field, in addition to CPA certification and/or extensive accounting experience.
- Employment is contingent upon proof of legal right to work.
