NOW HIRING – TOW TRUCK DRIVERS
Town & Country Towing – Gig Harbor, WA
Starting Pay: $22–$28 DOE
Full-Time | Overtime Available | Year-Round Work
MUST LIVE IN PIERCE COUNTY - NEAR GIG HARBOR, KEY PENINSULA, TACOMA, UNIVERSITY PLACE, FIRCREST, LAKEWOOD, OR SURROUNDING AREAS.
Town & Country Towing is growing and looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Tow Truck Operators. This is more than just a driving job—it's an opportunity to build a career with a respected local company serving Gig Harbor and the surrounding communities.
What You'll Do:
- Respond to roadside assistance and towing calls
- Transport disabled, damaged, and impounded vehicles safely
- Work with law enforcement agencies, motor clubs, commercial accounts, and the public
- Provide professional customer service during stressful situations
- Complete electronic paperwork and vehicle documentation
- Operate company equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements:
✔ Valid Washington Driver's License
✔ Good driving record
✔ Must be able to pass a Washington State Patrol (WSP) background check
✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Mechanical knowledge is helpful but not required
✔ Must live in Pierce County or near the Gig Harbor/Tacoma/Key Peninsula service area
✔ Must be willing to maintain a company truck at your home base location
