SECONDARY ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL (12-Month Position)
Pennsylvania Principal Certification Required
Master's Degree Required; Doctorate Preferred
The Bethel Park School District is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader to join our secondary leadership team. The ideal candidate brings a strong commitment to using data to improve instruction and student outcomes, along with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families.
This individual must be highly skilled in data analysis and using multiple measures of student performance to guide instructional decisions, identify areas of need, and support continuous school improvement. A strong foundation in curriculum, instruction, and assessment is essential, along with the ability to support educators in translating data into effective classroom practice.
The role requires a collaborative leader who can help foster a positive and inclusive school culture, support high-quality instruction, and assist in maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. Experience with student services, including special education and gifted programming, as well as supporting district-wide initiatives, is preferred.
