We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our Bethel Mills team at our Brandon VT location. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product information, and helping customers find the right product for their needs. They will also be expected to maintain the store's visual presentation standards, process payments, and handle customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and determine what each customer wants or needs.
- Provide customers with product information and advice.
- Describe a product's features and benefits.
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
- Assist customers in locating merchandise.
- Process payments and handle returns.
- Recommend additional products to customers.
