What are the responsibilities and job description for the Activity Aide - PT Evenings position at Bethel Lutheran Nursing & Rehabilitation Center?
BLNRC is seeking a Part-Time evening Activity Aide, CNA certified preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license in good standing is required. Our facility is open 24/7 and hours for this position would be from 3:00pm - 8:30pm and will be scheduled during the week (M-F) with rotating Saturday’s each month as well as rotating holidays. If certified, candidate must have current CNA certification in good standing within the state of ND.
The position includes implementing activities for our residents in accordance with their needs, interests, and capacity to participate. Looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, understanding and can work independently. Must be energetic and have a love for elders. The ideal applicant will be a team player, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask.
