Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency.
• Manage floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques.
• Assist with outdoor work when necessary, such as trash removal or light landscaping tasks to maintain overall property appearance.
• Practice proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury and ensure safety.
• Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously while respecting their privacy and preferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments such as hotels or commercial facilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and custodial procedures.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently; capable of heavy lifting when required.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled shifts.
• Experience with laundry services and outdoor work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management tools or systems is a plus.
