What You'll Do
As a Shift Lead, you’ll play an important role in keeping each day running smoothly while supporting both customers and teammates:
- Welcome every customer with a smile and exceptional service
- Lead and support Sales Associates during your shift
- Keep bakery displays clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Accurately handle cash and credit transactions using our POS system
- Complete opening/closing tasks, including brewing coffee, tagging items, and securing the store
We’re excited to meet someone who brings:
- At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience (leadership experience is a plus!)
- Strong communication, basic math, and multitasking skills
- The ability to lift 30 pounds and stay active throughout the shift
- Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
- A team-first mindset and pride in doing great work
- Full-Time; 40 hours per week
- Monday-Saturday schedule with one weekday off
- Rotating 8-hour opening and closing shifts
- No late nights; we close at 6:00 p.m.
- Closed Sundays and major holidays
- Must be available to work during our busy holiday seasons
