This is a permanent, year-round position with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, and no evening or weekend shifts. Previous bakery experience is helpful, but not required; we’re willing to train!

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and bake a variety of items including Danish, cinnamon rolls, coffee cakes, nut rolls, cookies, and donuts.
- Work with different doughs, fillings, and bakery equipment.
- Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Maintain clean and orderly workstations/equipment; follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Must be 18
- Dependable attendance and availability to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.
- Attention to detail and pride in producing quality products.
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions, communicate with team members, and work independently.
- Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
This is an active, hands-on bakery production position requiring:
- Standing and moving throughout the shift, with frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
- Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling cabinets and racks weighing up to 350 pounds.
- Working around varying temperatures, including hot ovens and cold coolers/freezers.
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week
- Monday-Friday; 4 a.m.-12 p.m.
- No evenings or weekends!
- Availability required during busy holiday seasons
