What You’ll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
Schedule Options
- Day Shift - Every other weekend; Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Part Time Overnight 30 hours/pay period (Every other weekend/holiday)
- Part Time Dayshift 15 hours/pay period (Every other weekend/holiday)
- Part Time Dayshift 15 hours/pay period (Every other weekend/holiday)

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in WI
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
