Full time (80 hours/2 weeks) 8:30am-5:00pm
– Responsibilities include the implementation and evaluation of individualized therapeutic programming (one to one, small group and large group basis) to maximize residents’ independence.
– Coordinator will complete long-term care documentation of Minimum Data Set (MDS), care plans, progress reports and activity participation.
– Candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, experience in activity and volunteer programs
– ND CNA required
