We are looking for RNs and LPNs to join our growing team on the day shift 6am to 2pm at our LTC/SNF facilities in Everett! The right candidates will have previous experience as an RN or LPN in a long term care/skilled nursing facility and have a current Washington state license. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work a flexible shift schedule.

Pay Range: $40- $50 LPN and $45-$55 RN DOE
Hours: Full time Day Shift 6am to 2pm on 4 on 2 off rotation

Responsibilities for the RN or LPN include:
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients.
- Assess patients’ condition.
- Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
- Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
- Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.
Qualifications of the RN or LPN
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s School of Nursing, or vocational nursing.
- Current Washington state license as an RN or LPN.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Compassionate, friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotation pattern
