Schedule: Day shift
Pay Range: RN $45-$55 DOE
We are looking for RNs to join our growing Home Health and Hospice team on a per diem basis. The right candidate will have previous experience in Home Health and or Hospice as an RN and have a current state license. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include:
- Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients.
- Assess patients' conditions
- Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
- Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
- Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Batchelor's School of Nursing.
- Current Washington state license as an RN
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Home Health and/or Hospice expeience
- Compassionate, friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
