Pay Range: $53-60 per hour DOE and license
Schedule: Monday to Friday plus on call weekend 1 in 7 weeks

- Must possess, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Must be currently licensed in the State of Washington.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
- Must have at least one (1) year experience in supervisory/management role.
- Must have leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
- Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs goals, objectives, policies, and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care.
- Must be flexible with hours and cover all 3 shifts, if necessary.
