Schedule: 4 days on 2 days rotation pattern 10am to 6pm
Pay Range: $22-27 per hour DOE

At Bethany of the Northwest, we genuinely believe in what we do, that taking care of our employees ensures that we can provide supportive care and nursing services to people of all backgrounds in our four Everett locations. We provide skilled and sub-acute nursing, assisted living and home health and hospice services designed to meet the physical, spiritual, social and psychological needs of elderly and disabled persons, many of which are vulnerable, low-income senior citizens that rely on Medicare/Medicaid for housing, food and medical services.
Duties:
- Provide personal care to 9-10 residents in the 8-hour shift. Includes shaving, nail care and skin integrity checks
- Report any changes in skin conditions requiring treatment.
- Help out in the dining room during meal times with serving residents.
- Assist with transfers from bed to wheelchairs
- Assist with other CNA duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Requirements for Bath Aide Certified Nursing Aide (CNA NAC)
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a Washington state-approved CNA certification training course with active NAC license
- Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification
- Ability to think and work independently and with direction.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Good communication skills and bedside manner with a compassionate personality
- Up-to-date identification
- Basic computer skills
