Position Overview
Bethany Medical is the largest independent, established multi-specialty group in Central North Carolina, serving the Triad and surrounding communities for over 39 years. Bethany Medical is open 7 days a week, with thirteen convenient locations and sixteen practices in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Kernersville, Jamestown, North Wilkesboro, and Mt Airy, North Carolina. We have grown to provide the facilities, staff, and support to offer urgent care, primary care, diagnostic testing, outpatient ancillary, and specialty care services onsite. Bethany Medical is staffed with board-certified physicians and providers representing sixteen medical specialties. Practice staff members are known for treating each patient with prompt, personalized care and attention. Bethany Medical employs over sixty-five providers and 550 employees.

The Triad area includes Greensboro (the 3rd-largest city in NC), Winston-Salem, High Point, and the surrounding area. The Triad is centrally located in NC with a population of 1.9 million. Position Overview
- Job Title: Manager, Lenny Peters Foundation
- Reporting To: Marketing Director of Bethany Medical
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Requires occasional evening and weekend event coverage)
- Manage daily operations and community initiatives for the Lenny Peters Foundation, including social media outreach and growth
- Manage website admin and creative content
- Plan, execute, and support marketing projects for Bethany Medical
- Develop and execute marketing tactics to promote Bethany Medical's Spanish clinics
- Coordinate, attend, and represent both organizations at community and weekend events
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- Language: Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), written and spoken
- Experience: Proven history in non-profit sector operations
- Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Public speaking and camera readiness
- Design: Direct experience creating visual content with Canva
- Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and productivity
