$10,000 retention bonus over the course of your first year with us if you are an RN
$6,000 retention bonus over the course of your first year with us if you are an LPN
Job Title: Charge Nurse
Location: Bethany Home Sioux Falls
Starting Pay: *LPN starting range $26 - $32 *RN starting range $35 - $41 (Compensation will be determined by our set wage scale based on experience)
Shifts Available: 6PM - 6AM.
DAILY TASKS:
- Supervise CNA, CMA, and Nurse Aide staff members in performing cares and administering medicine
- Chart the progress of residents using PointClickCare
- Check in with residents and ensure that any major changes in diet/activities/lifestyle is charted and brought to the right people
- Form relationships with our residents
- Strive to build a place where residents feel at home
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program.
- Licensed in the State of South Dakota.
- Current CPR Certification
