Maintenance Manager– Bethany Meadows, Brandon, SD
Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for fixing, building, and keeping things running smoothly? Bethany Meadows is looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee building and grounds maintenance for our senior living campus and Garden Home community.
What You’ll Do
- Lead preventative maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
- Oversee repairs, groundskeeping, and snow removal.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to stay on budget.
- Supervise the environmental services and housekeeping teams.
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and beautiful environment for residents and staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Skilled in maintenance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing basics.
- Experience with grounds care and equipment upkeep.
- Strong leadership, organization, and teamwork skills.
- A caring attitude and enjoyment working with older adults.
