You will receive a $10,000 retention bonus over the course of your first year with us if you are an RN
You will receive a $4,000 retention bonus over the course of your first year with us if you are an LPN
Job Title: Charge Nurse
Location: Bethany Home Sioux Falls
Employment Shift: Full - Time, Part - Time, & PRN Shifts Available.
Starting Pay: LPN starting range $23 - $28 RN starting range $31 - $35 (Compensation will be determined by skill set and years of experience)
Shifts Available: 12 Hour Shifts Available. 6AM - 6PM or 6PM - 6AM.
DAILY TASKS:
- Supervise CNA, CMA, and Nurse Aide staff members in performing cares and administering medicine
- Chart the progress of residents using PointClickCare
- Check in with residents and ensure that any major changes in diet/activities/lifestyle is charted and brought to the right people
- Form relationships with our residents
- Strive to build a place where residents feel at home
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program.
- Licensed in the State of South Dakota.
- Current CPR Certification
