Now Hiring: Dietary Aide
Location: Bethany Home in Sioux Falls
Retention Bonus: $1,500 over your first year
Pay Range: $16.00 – $17.50/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Full-time, 4-5 days per week 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Every other weekend required
Job Responsibilities:
- Properly store, label, and handle food and cleaning products
- Deliver meals and nourishments in a timely and organized manner
- Ensure trays match resident dietary cards and preferences
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, carts, and work areas
- Safely dispose of waste and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Follow infection control and sanitation policies
Qualifications:
- Prior food service or cooking experience preferred
- Experience in senior care or healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old
