Bethany is seeking a full-time CNA to join our team. The CNA makes visits to our patients in the local community, provides care as directed in the care plan, and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience. We offer a generous salary and benefits package.
Requirements:
- CNA certified in PA
- At least one year of aide experience, hospice experience is a plus
- Vehicle, driver’s license and car insurance
- Understanding of hospice philosophy and needs of the terminally ill (we can help you with this one!)
- Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting
- Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
- Satisfactory criminal background check
- Presentation of negative TB test or CXR as required by state law
- Demonstrate good judgement and excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide documentation in a timely manner
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
- Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
