Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Bethany Home Brandon

Shifts Available: 8-Hour and 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 6PM - 6AM)

Schedule: Full-time, part-time, or PRN status. Including every other weekend

Starting Salary Range: $23 - $28 Compensation is determined based on years of experience and any relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise CNA, CMA, Nurse Aide staff members in performing care and administering medicine.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document resident care and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Assist with resident assessments and monitor changes in conditions.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
  
  

Requirements

• Current South Dakota LPN license.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Ability to work 8-hour or 12-hour shifts as required.
• Availability to work full-time, including every other weekend.
