AM shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM FT Weekend openings
PM shift - 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM FT, PT & Weekends
NOC shift 10 PM-6:30 AM FT, PT & Weekends
Tasks:
- As a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, the LPN Staff Nurse:
Provides direct resident care in accordance with each individual's assessment and personalized care plan.
Administers medications and treatments accurately and safely.
Supervises and supports direct care staff, offering guidance and oversight to ensure quality care delivery.
Makes real-time decisions regarding residents' needs during their shift, within their clinical scope and aligned with facility policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
