Job Overview
Hours: 12:15p.m- 6:00 p.m.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Afternoon Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing age-appropriate activities that align with early childhood education principles, ensuring each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to
- Develop and implement engaging crafts and lesson that cater to the needs of children in the classroom.
- Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging curiosity and exploration through hands-on activities.
- Educate children on basic academic concepts while promoting social skills and emotional intelligence.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible for children.
- Sharing and engaging children in the Bible story of the week through meaningful activities.
- Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to create engaging plans that align with educational standards while being adaptable to children's needs.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures as they relate to early childhood education is beneficial.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
