At Bethany Christian School, we’re more than a school—we’re a ministry. We’re seeking a kind-hearted and dependable Teacher Assistants in our preschool and early elementary to help nurture children’s faith, learning, and joy each day.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Lead Teacher in creating a Christ-centered, safe, and loving classroom environment.
- Help implement fun, hands-on activities that teach early academics, social skills, and Biblical values.
- Assist with classroom organization, snack time, cleanup, and guiding children through their daily routines with gentleness and grace.
- Be a loving presence, offering encouragement, patience, and Christ-like care in every interaction.
- Share in prayer, songs, Bible stories, and daily moments that point children toward God’s truth and love.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a desire to serve in a ministry-minded school.
- Enjoy working with children and supporting their growth—spiritually, academically, and emotionally.
- Can follow direction, work as a team player, and step up with a servant’s heart when needed.
- Have experience in early childhood education (or are eager to learn and grow in this area).
