Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, Christ-centered lesson plans in Math, Language Arts, and Science.
- Encourage a love for learning while guiding students to grow in their faith.
- Foster a positive, structured classroom environment that reflects biblical principles.
- Assess student progress using a variety of methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Provide personalized support for students, including those with autism and diverse learning styles.
- Integrate biblical truth into all areas of instruction and classroom discussions.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to ensure student growth and achievement.
- Maintain accurate student records, including progress, attendance, and behavior.
- Engage in professional development to continually refine your teaching skills.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Education (preferred) or a bachelor's degree in any field (required).
- A strong personal commitment to Christ and a desire to integrate faith into teaching.
- Excellent classroom management skills to create a safe and productive learning environment.
- Experience in Math and Language Arts instruction with innovative teaching strategies.
- A heart for diverse learners, including those with special needs.
- Strong communication and proofreading skills to support student learning.
- A passion for Christian education and a commitment to student growth.
