Associate's degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. |

Experience: |
Minimum of 5 years as a Respiratory Therapist; preferably in pediatrics. |

Scope: The Respiratory Supervisor provides daily clinical and operational oversight for the respiratory therapy team, including managing staffing assignments and supporting schedule coordination. This role offers real-time coaching related to attendance, professionalism, and patient safety, escalating concerns to management as needed. While not responsible for hiring, terminations, or annual evaluations, the Supervisor serves as a frontline leader who supports staff performance, workflow consistency, and safe patient care. |
