Job Purpose
The Junior Network Administrator will help support, maintain, and monitor network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance. And, provide friendly customer support to end users for PC, server or mainframe applications and hardware to diagnose problems and optimize resolutions for the best end-user experience.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical fundamentals, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot methodically under pressure.
Qualifications

Education: |
Bachelor’s degree or associate in related field preferred. Entry level understanding of Information Systems. |

Experience: |
1-3 years’ experience in IT Support or related field preferred. |
