The Chief of Educational Services provides executive level leadership and strategic direction for all educational programming at Bethany Children's Health Center. This role holds accountability for the full continuum of education services delivered within the hospital and community settings, including special education classrooms and programs, Healthy Schools initiatives, and Safe Kids Oklahoma programming.
The Chief of Educational Services champions the belief that every child, regardless of medical complexity, disability, or circumstance deserves access to high quality, individualized education. This leader serves as the primary advocate for educational equity within the healthcare environment, ensuring that programs are not only clinically integrated but also developmentally appropriate, legally compliant, and aligned with the evolving needs of the children and families served. This role will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief of Educational Services translates organizational mission and strategic priorities into actionable educational programs, measurable outcomes, and sustainable community partnerships that extend the hospital's impact beyond its walls.

Bethany Children’s Health Center is an innovative leader in the field of pediatric rehabilitation and 24-hour complex care. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient services for children (ages 0-21) and is the only inpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility in Oklahoma. Our CARF accredited multidisciplinary team works with patients and their families to maximize the patient’s physical and cognitive potential, and ensure the family has the training and resources needed for a smooth transition from hospital to home.
