Location: Reed Street, Philadelphia
Schedule: Per Diem, Weekends and Shift Pick-up
Hourly Rate: $24.04
About the Role:
The Family Support Partner will play a key role in supporting families during times of crisis. This position is part of the Children’s Mobile Crisis Team Services (CMCTS) and involves working closely with families to provide emotional support, resources, and guidance. The Family Support Partner will engage with caregivers, facilitate family support groups, and partner with the CMCT team to support youth in crisis and their families.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing emotional support to caregivers and fostering empowerment.

Sharing personal experiences to help motivate and provide actionable insights for families.

Supporting caregivers in addressing the behavioral health needs of youth.

Modeling, training, and coaching caregivers in relevant skills.

Assisting in the development of family strengths to navigate challenges effectively.
Qualifications:

Education/Experience: No formal education required; however, candidates must have personal experience in managing family issues related to children/adolescents with behavioral or psychiatric challenges, juvenile delinquency, substance abuse, autism, or similar issues. At least two years of experience in managing these challenges is required.
