About the Role:
Bethanna is seeking caring and motivated individuals to join our community-based behavioral health team to work one-on-one with children/youth to provide mental health support and behavior interventions. This rewarding role supports youth in school, home and community settings. These roles involve one-on-one behavioral support, skill building, and caregiver coaching engagement in the home, school, and community settings.

- Hourly Rate: $19.00–$21.00
- Schedule: Primarily day shift, with flexibility for some evening hours
- Office Location: Reed Street – South Philadelphia (community-based travel required)

- Clinical Support: Provided by program supervisors at community locations as well as weekly supervision, and frequent professional development opportunities.

- Provide direct behavioral support and 1:1 intervention to children and youth
- Implement evidence-based behavioral strategies in real-world environments
- Support caregivers and foster families through modeling and coaching
- Document progress and contribute to treatment/resiliency planning
- Participate in clinical supervision, team collaboration, and crisis communication
Candidates must have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be 21 years old
- Clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal Background, Medicare/Medicaid Exclusions Checks
- RBT training required prior to hire
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- BCAT, or BCaBA certification preferred
- 2 years of behavioral health experience working with children/youth preferred
- Commitment to trauma-informed care and continuous learning
