Job Description: Where You’ll Work Float pool nurses rotate through a variety of areas of Medical Surgical Units, including: 2 East, 2 North, and 3 North – adult medical-surgical units caring for diverse patient populations What You’ll Do As a Float Pool RN at BID Milton, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple medical-surgical units. Each shift, you’ll adapt quickly to new environments while ensuring safe, compassionate care. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
