Part-Time Nurse — RN or LPN
Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Position Summary
Beth Anne Place is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN or LPN to join our team in a supportive living community setting. This part-time role offers flexible daytime hours and plays a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care under the direction of the Wellness Director.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working closely with residents and being part of a collaborative care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care and clinical services in accordance with individualized care plans
- Perform health assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition
- Administer medications accurately and maintain proper documentation
- Collaborate with CNAs and team members to support resident well-being
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to direct care staff
- Promote a safe, positive, and resident-focused environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Wellness Director
Qualifications
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in medication administration and care documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program
- Active status on the IDPH Health Care Worker Registry
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and assist residents as needed

Valid CPR certification required
- Recently expired certifications accepted; recertification available
