Duties and Responsibilities of the Intern, Operations (Client Support Services)
- Respond to client inquiries and requests, serving as the first point of contact for support issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate solution of routine client issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for client-facing systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in incident and problem management processes, supporting recovery and client communication efforts.
- Assist in documenting client support activities and generating reports for management review.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance service delivery and technical skills.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

- Pay for this position with be $25/hour
- The intern will be located in our Cary, NC office on a hybrid schedule. The intern must live within commutable distance to the office and provide own housing. A housing stipend or relocati o n assistan ce will not be offered.
- The duration of our program is10 weeks, beginning on Wednesday, May 27, 2026
- Candidates must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate course of study and be a rising senior (senior commencing Fall 2026) with a minimum GPA of 3.3 and be eligible to work in the US.
