Betabrands is an innovative, fast-moving apparel company known for community-driven design, comfort-focused clothing, and rapid product launches. We blend creativity, data, and customer feedback to bring unique apparel to life. As we continue scaling our operations, we’re seeking a Supply Chain Manager who can strengthen and optimize our end-to-end supply chain.

Role Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee all stages of Betabrands’ supply chain—from sourcing raw materials and managing vendor relationships to production planning, inventory control, and fulfillment operations. This role ensures our products move smoothly from concept to customer while supporting our high-quality and on-time delivery standards.

You’ll collaborate directly with design, production, quality control, warehousing, logistics, and our fulfillment partners. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to anticipate and resolve supply chain challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete supply chain process, including sourcing, production, inventory, fulfillment, and final delivery.
  • Build production schedules and ensure all suppliers meet required timelines.
  • Forecast demand and plan inventory levels for both new launches and core styles.
  • Maintain balanced inventory to avoid stockouts or excess stock.
  • Develop and manage relationships with manufacturing partners domestically and internationally.
  • Track and evaluate supplier performance, production quality, and compliance.
  • Ensure all products meet Betabrands’ quality standards throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Coordinate daily logistics with warehouse teams and fulfillment partners.
  • Optimize shipping, transportation, and distribution processes to reduce cost and improve speed.
  • Improve workflows for returns handling and reverse logistics.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement solutions quickly.
  • Review and refine supply chain processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership.
  • Analyze data to make recommendations that improve cost, speed, and service levels.
  • Work closely with design, operations, finance, and merchandising teams to align supply chain activities with business priorities.
  • Support and guide supply chain team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics; apparel or consumer goods strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and production schedules.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting and data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with warehouse, QC, and design teams.
