Real Estate Financial Analyst - OnSite

Position Summary: The Real Estate Financial Analyst supports the financial management of a federal tenant portfolio, from rent roll maintenance and revenue forecasting to billing reconciliation and budget support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the tenant rent roll and forecast recurring tenant revenue
• Track vacancy and quantify its financial effect on the portfolio
• Support development of occupancy pricing and cost recovery analyses
• Prepare draft tenant rent and service calculations and review proposed charges against approved agreements
• Identify discrepancies among occupancy, billing, and financial records and support reconciliation
• Prepare revenue, expense, and variance reports, and support annual budget formulation
• Track tenant improvement obligations, reimbursements, and related financial milestones

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, from an accredited institution
• 8 years of real estate, budget, accounting, or financial analysis experience
• Experience with rent, occupancy cost, amortization, revenue forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong spreadsheet and financial modeling skills
• Experience preparing budget or financial materials for review by government or institutional stakeholders

Location:, Washington, DC 20548 (onsite presence required)
Schedule: Core business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
Employment Type: Full-time, contingent upon contract award
Security: Selected candidate must pass a security investigation for unescorted building access; an existing federal clearance may be submitted for review in place of a new investigation
