Our team has an immediate opening for a part time Environmental Scientist to join our rapidly growing team with a variety of exciting projects in progress. Main Responsibilities:
- Site Inspections
- Local and state records research
- Oversight of field activities (soil boring advancement, ground water monitoring, well installation, sub slab soil gas installation, ground water elevations surveys, GIS, etc.)
- Media sampling and analysis
- Data reduction
- Technical report writing
- Candidate will support/assist Licensed Site Professionals (LSPs) on MassDEP MCP projects providing the aforementioned responsibilities
Education and Experience:
- Must have a BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years’ experience conducting ASTM Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessment activities
- Current HAZWOPER/OSHA 40 required
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, GIS, etc.) are a must
