As a Trading Performance Analyst, you will work with our Trading department to analyze complex datasets, develop insights, and drive data-driven decision-making across the Business.
The Trading department plays a vital role in offering enticing sports betting options across all markets to the US customer base, monitoring the product, and supporting any real time trading issues.
Using your technical ability, statistical knowledge, and data visualization techniques, you will work closely with management to implement reporting structures and data-driven solutions that enhance our products.

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 annually.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or similar field of study.
- Proficient in Python and SQL languages is essential.
- Experience in programming languages such as SQL or R is desirable.
- Basic understanding of data science principles and methods.
- Ability to deliver solutions through quantitative research, using multiple data sources.
- Self-motivated to research and deliver change within the department.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff throughout the operation, up to and including key stakeholders and senior management.
- Experience with Google Cloud ,BigQuery, financial markets, fintech, and Machine Learning toolkits.

- Developing and maintaining dashboards and other data products.
