We're a small, close-knit team that takes the work seriously and genuinely cares about doing it well.
About the Role
As a Bakery Associate at Bestow, you'll keep our wholesale operation running smoothly and bring warmth to our front-of-house experience. This is a varied, people-facing role with a predictable schedule and no evenings or Sundays.
Your Schedule
Tuesday: Help pack wholesale orders and drive our bakery van to delivery stops — 9:30am to approximately 3:00pm
Thursday: Cashier shift in our retail space — 9:30am to 5:30pm
Friday: Wholesale delivery run — 9:30am to approximately 12:00pm
Approximately 16 hours per week total. Our wholesale route is growing, so there's room for this role to grow too.
About You
- You have a valid driver's license and are comfortable driving a small transit van
- You're dependable, warm, and take pride in representing a brand well
- You're organized and detail-oriented — you catch what others miss
- You can lift and carry packaged baked goods up to 50 lbs
- You take customer service seriously and enjoy connecting with people
- You're honest, professional, and show up when you say you will
Compensation
$11.00/hr tip share. Tip share typically adds $1–$2 per hour to take-home pay.
